These easy-to-make snacks feature a crispy exterior and a gooey, sweet apple filling, making them perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a family gathering or a cozy night in. Their warm cinnamon flavor pairs wonderfully with ice cream or caramel sauce, ensuring everyone will enjoy this delightful dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans Pillsbury Country biscuits or 1 can Grands biscuits
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. For Grands biscuits, split into two layers for easier handling.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle, then seal by pinching the edges together and rolling into a ball.
  3. Arrange the balls in the air fryer basket with space between them.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and bake for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl while baking. Once cooked, dip each bomb in melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
