  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook seasoned salmon for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F, place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes. For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. To make the bang bang sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
  5. Toss cooked salmon bites with the sauce just before serving.
