- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook seasoned salmon for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F, place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes. For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- To make the bang bang sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Toss cooked salmon bites with the sauce just before serving.
