  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 1 pound sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • Sesame oil and olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce until smooth.
  2. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2–3 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; cook seasoned steak until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and water; cover to steam for about 2 minutes.
  5. Return steak to skillet with cooked noodles; pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.
