Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and pumpkin pie spice for the topping; set aside.
- Cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in pumpkin puree until blended.
