  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 teaspoons garam masala

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Mix yogurt, garam masala, lemon juice, black pepper, and ginger in a bowl. Add chicken chunks and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Sear the chicken: Heat a nonstick pan over high heat and add marinated chicken in batches until golden brown.
