Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (for ganache)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Prepare 12 baking cups or mini springform pans.
- For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of each cup.
- Melt the first portion of semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in heavy cream until thick.
- Divide the mixture; fold melted chocolate into one portion and spread over the crust. Refrigerate to set.
- Mix creamy peanut butter into the reserved cheesecake mixture and layer on top of the chocolate layer.
- For the ganache, melt remaining chocolate with heavy cream until smooth; pour over each cheesecake layer.
