Ingredients
- 5.2 oz dry noodles (2 servings)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 small shallot (or red onion)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1.5 to 2 tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions until slightly undercooked; drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cilantro, garlic, shallot, curry powder, sugar, and chili powder.
