  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz penne pasta
  • Fresh spinach and tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain excess fat on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden brown on both sides (about 6-8 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in diced tomatoes, spinach, paprika, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt until spinach wilts.
  4. Pour in heavy cream while stirring; gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Meanwhile, cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain when al dente.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the creamy sauce, chicken slices, and crumbled bacon. Toss well.
  7. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
