Ingredients
- 1½ cups quick oats
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) melted salted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 cup Easter pastel M&M's
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
- Reserve 1½ cups of the mixture for topping. Press the rest firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the fudge mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture over the fudge layer and top with Easter M&M's.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away slightly from the pan. Let cool before cutting into bars.
