Scale
  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) melted salted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup Easter pastel M&M's

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1½ cups of the mixture for topping. Press the rest firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

  5. Pour the fudge mixture over the crust in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture over the fudge layer and top with Easter M&M's.
  7. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away slightly from the pan. Let cool before cutting into bars.
