Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- sprinkle of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and flour, mixing well. Incorporate sour cream, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and eggs one at a time until creamy.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and bake for about 50 minutes or until set.
- For the apple topping, cook chopped apples with brown sugar and spices until slightly softened. Let cool.
- Once cheesecake is completely cooled (at least 4 hours in the fridge), top with apple mixture and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
