  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds to 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted cheeses with eggs, almond flour, and baking powder; mix until smooth.
