  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 10 ounces lemon curd (for topping)

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.

  4. Pour filling into the crust and bake in a water bath at 300°F (149°C) for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
