Ingredients

Scale
  • 85 grams jelly crystals
  • 125 mls cream
  • 12 Tiramisu sponge fingers
  • 1/2 cup port, sherry, or juice
  • 1 1/2 cups custard
  • 400 grams mixed berries
  • 200 mls thickened cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare jelly according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Fill dessert dishes with jelly and chill until set.
  3. Combine remaining jelly with cream and whip until well mixed.
  4. Pour the jelly mixture over the set jelly layer in each dish.
  5. Chill again until firm.
  6. Soak crushed sponge fingers in port (or juice) and layer over the jelly mixture.
  7. Add custard, followed by a layer of berries.
  8. Whip thickened cream and pipe onto each trifle.
  9. Garnish with reserved berries and mint leaves.
