- 40 g powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to fan-forced at 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, combine granulated sugar and lemon zest; rub together.
- Mix soy milk and lemon juice in a jug; let it sit to thicken.
