- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Butter
- Paprika
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter; sauté chopped onions for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir well and let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Return the cooked spaghetti and chicken to the skillet; toss to coat in sauce.
