- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- 11 ounces KRAFT caramels
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Melt in increments until smooth. Stir in half of the peanut butter and pour into the prepared dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter with sugar and evaporated milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil while stirring for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in marshmallow creme and remaining peanut butter until smooth. Fold in two cups of Cocoa Pebbles and pour over the chocolate layer.
- Evenly sprinkle chopped peanuts over the nougat layer.
- Melt KRAFT caramels with remaining evaporated milk until smooth in another saucepan and pour over the nougat layer.
- Melt remaining chocolate chips as before, pour over caramel layer, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing into squares.
