Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz.) salmon filets
 - 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1 tsp ginger (minced)
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 2 tsp cornstarch
 - 4 tsp water
 - Optional garnishes: sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, chopped green onions
 
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing cornstarch with water until smooth. In a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients, including the cornstarch mixture. Simmer on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
 - Preheat your oven to 400°F.
 - Line a baking sheet with oiled foil and place the salmon filets skin-side down. Baste half of the sauce over the salmon.
 - Bake for 14 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Baste again with leftover sauce and broil for one minute for a golden finish.
