  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1618 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with spices and olive oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through; shred.
  2. Increase oven temperature to 425°F (218°C). In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, spices, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and cheeses.
  3. Fill tortillas with the mixture and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
