  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar or granulated erythritol
  • Optional: 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Grease an 8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In one bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil (or butter), eggs, sugar (or erythritol), and vanilla extract until smooth.
