Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter with sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just incorporated.
