- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow it to sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
- Add olive oil and sourdough discard to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in flour until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm area for 20 minutes.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle on a floured surface and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
