  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until soft; add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef; cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
