- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cubed)
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for brownie layer)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- For the cookie layer, cream together softened butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour until combined; fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the cookie mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Layer Oreos on top.
