  • 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese (Tofutti)
  • 12 tbsp light agave nectar
  • 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Vegan butter and organic cane sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for 30-40 minutes and soften the cream cheese.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with agave nectar and vanilla extract until smooth.
