- 1–2 tbsp light agave nectar
- 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- Vegan butter and organic cane sugar for topping
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for 30-40 minutes and soften the cream cheese.
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the cream cheese with agave nectar and vanilla extract until smooth.
