Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites:

  • pounds salmon fillets skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

Make the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.

Season the Salmon:

  • In a large bowl, combine salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Toss until evenly coated.

Air Fry the Salmon:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the edges.

Serve:

  • Transfer cooked salmon bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with prepared Bang Bang sauce and serve extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh, skinless salmon for best texture.
Adjust the amount of sriracha to control spice level.
To keep salmon crispy, drizzle sauce only right before serving.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
