- 1 pound 500g asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic finely minced (about 4 cloves)
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese finely shredded
