Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts chopped (seasoned with your favorite spices, see Notes)
  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced (optional)
  • 4 8-inch tortillas

Instructions

  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, and minced cilantro (if using) among the tortillas.
  • Fold each tortilla tightly into a burrito shape, tucking in the edges as you roll.
  • Heat a heavy-duty pan or grill over medium heat and lightly coat with oil or cooking spray.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

Chicken options: Use rotisserie, leftover, or freshly grilled chicken. For added flavor, season the chicken with 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning before grilling for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Toppings: Customize with extras like shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, or avocado.
