- 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts chopped (seasoned with your favorite spices, see Notes)
- 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced (optional)
- 4 8-inch tortillas
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, and minced cilantro (if using) among the tortillas.
Fold each tortilla tightly into a burrito shape, tucking in the edges as you roll.
Heat a heavy-duty pan or grill over medium heat and lightly coat with oil or cooking spray.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Chicken options: Use rotisserie, leftover, or freshly grilled chicken. For added flavor, season the chicken with 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning before grilling for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
