- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 brioche buns

Prepare the burger mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.
Cook the burgers:
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
Toast the buns:
While the burgers cook, butter the inside of each brioche bun.
Toast in a pan or on the grill until golden and crisp.
Add extra crunch with crispy fried onions or more bacon.
Drizzle with ranch for even more flavor.
Make it spicy with jalapeños or pepper jack cheese.
Leftover patties can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
