Ingredients

  • 2 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce or greens of your choice
  • 1 ½ cups rotisserie chicken finely chopped
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup crispy bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Start by laying the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place one large lettuce leaf in the center of each tortilla to create a barrier that prevents the tortillas from becoming soggy.
  • Next, evenly divide the chopped rotisserie chicken between the two tortillas, placing it in a line down the center of the lettuce leaves.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over the chicken on each tortilla. Then, sprinkle the shredded cheese, chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, and green onions evenly over the chicken.
  • Fold the ends of each tortilla towards the center to enclose the ingredients, then roll the tortilla tightly to secure everything inside.
  • Slice the wraps in half for easier handling and presentation, and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side, if desired.
