Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the Creamy Coating:

  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Chicken:
