  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 28-ounce jar marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese divided

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare the Meat Sauce:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled.
  • Drain any excess grease, then stir in the marinara sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine the Cheese Mixture:

  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the frozen ravioli, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.

Assemble the Casserole:

  • Spread the ravioli and cheese mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the meat sauce over the ravioli layer.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Bake:

  • Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Cool and Serve:

  • Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving to help the layers set.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
