- 1 lb roll of breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cans 8 oz each refrigerated crescent rolls
Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled sausage with the softened cream cheese. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles, then cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles.
Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, place a portion of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
Roll up each triangle, starting from the wider end and rolling toward the pointed end. Place each roll seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
